O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide adequate police protection while surveying the property comprised in S. No. 56/1C, measuring to an extent of 0.19.0 hectares, situated at Aalur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025, within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first to third respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owned the property comprised in S. No. 56/1C, measuring to an extent of 0.19.0 hectares, situated at Aalur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. In order to fence the said land, the petitioner 2/5

approached the second respondent to survey the said property and also paid the requisite fee. When the third respondent came to the petitioner's property to survey, respondents 4 to 6 obstructed him from surveying the property.

4. In view of the above, if any request is made by the third respondent seeking police protection while surveying the petitioner's land before the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, and pass orders to provide adequate police protection to the third respondent while surveying the petitioner's property.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
