This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.12.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 31.12.2014, an F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.2298/2014 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 427, 379 and 506(ii) IPC.
