(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal questioning the award dated 07.12.2022 passed in M.C.O.P.

No. 624 of 2016 by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, IV Additional District Court, Coimbatore.

In the affidavit, it has been stated that filing of appeal was entrusted to one of the Panel Advocates, who, unfortunately, owing to papers being mixed up, could not file the appeal within the stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and respondents 1 to 3.
