This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.5593 of 2020 dated Page No.1 of 4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent submitted that challenging the order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, a Writ Appeal has been filed in W.A.No.2861 of 2024. It is further submitted that in the above Writ Appeal, an order has been passed staying the contempt proceedings.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
