This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a Spa i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of Queens Wellness Spa, on considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2023.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the representation seeking No Objection Certificate to run a Spa is directed to be considered by the second respondent after issuance of notice to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Writ Petition.
