ORDER

Heard the counsel for the parties. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 25.06.2014 within a time frame. In the said representation, the petitioner seeks for cancellation of the patta No. 4895 granted in favour of P. Sharmila, Daughter of M.S. Prasatha Rao in respect of the land measuring 08.50 cents . However, the petiitoner has not impleaded Ms. Sharmila as a party to this writ proceedings. Therefore, no positive direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted by this Court. However, it is seen that the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2014 has been forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1405/2014/A5 dated 31.07.2014. The second respondent is therefore directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as directed by the first respondent vide proceedings dated 31.07.2014 mentioned above, after issuing notice for hearing to the petitioner and Ms. Sharmila.
