ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint dated 22.07.2015 and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner and his landlord is having some tenant dispute. In connection with this, the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 29.05.2015, in which, he had stated that the landlord had stealthily taken away some items from his shop on 28.05.2015. Thereafter, this petitioner has given another complaint dated 22.07.2015, in which, he has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stated that his landlord has taken away the same articles referred to in the complaint dated 29.05.2015 on 11.06.2015. This Courts finds that there is no bonafide in the complaint given by the petitioner and therefore, no positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
