ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17774 of 2019. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners adverted to the order dated 04.11.2019 made in Page No.2 of 4
W.P.No.27885 of 2019 and the order dated 25.01.2018 made in W.P.(MD) No.17663 of 2014, which were relied on, and submitted that, the Respondents herein have not granted similar relief to the Petitioners herein. In reply, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that, no positive direction as given in the said orders was passed by this Court, except to consider the representation of the Petitioners and pass appropriate orders.
Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. Respondents shall communicate a copy of the order passed on the Petitioners' representation, to the Petitioners herein, and if the Petitioners are still aggrieved, it is open to them to put forth their grievance in the manner known to law.
