This Original Petition has been filed praying to set aside the award dated 28.03.2022 made in the Arbitration Case No.86 of 2022 by the Sole Arbitrator Thiru.V.Manohar.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, none represented the petitioner. There was also no representation on behalf of the respondent. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
