Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents from removing any of the sign boards erected by the petitioner in pursuance of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent having Ref.RC.No. Tr.Imp.(1)/9944/2013 dated 06.11.2013 and consequently permit the petitioner to re-erect the sign boards arbitrarily removed by the 2nd respondent.

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mrs.Nalini Chidambaram, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the second respondent.

3.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents from removing any of the sign boards erected him in pursuance of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 06.11.2013 and also permit him to re-erect the sign boards arbitrarily removed by the second respondent.

4.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the second respondent has passed an order on 09.04.2014, cancelling the permission already granted. 5.In view of the subsequent development, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy as against order dated 09.04.2014, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
