ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.5594 of 2020 dated 17.10.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent submitted that challenging the order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, a Writ Appeal has been filed in W.A.No.2947 of 2024. It is further submitted that the above Writ Appeal has been ordered to be tagged along with W.A.No.2377 of 2023. There is a stay order granted in respect of a similarly placed person.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
