The petitioner / appellant who stood as respondent before the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (TNREAT) is M/s.Puravankara Limited, formerly Purva Projects Limited, represented by its Managing Director, Ashish Puravankara. Now the same company being the petitioner / appellant is represented by its Legal Manager, S.Aravindhaan, therefore, the change in cause title has become necessitated.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered. R.SURESH KUMAR, J.
