ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction of the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 17.06.2016 regarding settlement of his terminal benefits by the respondent transport Corporation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Digvijayapandiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent.

3. Considering the narrow prayer made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 17.06.2016 of the petitioner regarding the settlement of his terminal benefits in the light of the Hon'ble Division Bench judgment in W.A.(MD) Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 dated 12.6.2015 (K.Rajendran and others v. The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai) Limited represented by its Managing Director, Madurai and others), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
