(CRIME NO.02/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in its order dated 01/04/2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.7183 of 2022 that the petitioners shall report before the Investigation officer daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.VISWANATHAN For M/S.DASS AND VISWA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7183 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
