(CRIME NO.1368/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every Saturday and Wednesday at 10.30 A.M until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner, in the Crl.O.P.No.21498 of 2021 dated 17/11/2021 and pass such other or further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MAGESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21496 of 2021 on 17.11.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily on every Saturday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
