The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 31 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri dated 12.12.2023.

2. Heard Mr.Adithya Varadarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
