2.From the affidavit filed in support of this application, it is seen that the Managing Director of the application Company viz., P.Karuppuswamy, died on 31.08.2017 after filing of the appeal. Hence, the petitioner seeks to accept the cause title by including the name of one K.Sakthi Vignesh, as a Director representing the appellant Company. Such application, in my opinion is unnecessary. Even assuming, it is only an amendment of the cause title that should be sought for. Hence, this application is dismissed. Leaving it open to the appellant, to seek amendment of cause title. Post on 13.10.2017.
