This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking for clarifying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26953 of 2018 dated 21.02.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the miscellaneous petition and perused the reason stated in the affidavit seeking for clarification. I have also perused the order already passed by this Court while disposing the writ petition.

3. In view of the categorical finding rendered by this Court at paragraph No.7, I find that no clarification is required, as sought for by the petitioner.
