Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.C.Selvasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent Corporation.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent Corporation had submitted that the second respondent or any officer of the Corporation of Chennai, authorised by the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2012, and pass orders thereon, taking into consideration the order passed by the First Bench of this Court, dated 03.09.2015, made in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos.18677 of 2014, 14815 of 2013, etc.,.

3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
