(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner applied for recruitment to the post of Subhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Inspector in pursuance to the notification issued on 08.02.2015 as a departmental candidate under the BC category. There is a separate category for BC (Muslim-Women) and the petitioner had ticked both the columns. This appears to have caused some confusion in the mind of the respondent authorities. 2.In any case, that confusion is over and the learned Additional Advocate General cannot seriously dispute the competency of the petitioner to participate in the examination. 3.The petitioner is, thus, entitled to the declaration of her result having gone through all the stages, according to merit.
4.Writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
