PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the return endorsement in SR.No.1752 of 2019 made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur Dated 08.04.2019 and issue direction, directing the respondent to return the lorry bearing Reg. No.TN.24.AC. 9783 seized by the respondent police in Crime No.20 of 2019 on the file of respondent police.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the return endorsement in SR.No.1752 of 2019 made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur Dated 08.04.2019 and issue direction, directing the respondent to return the lorry bearing Reg. No.TN.24.AC. 9783 seized by the respondent police in Crime No.20 of 2019 on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police is not able to handover the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magisterial, since he is on leave.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the respondent police to handover the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur on 24.06.2019.
