Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.67/Ni 3/2018 dated 12.02.2019, quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to pass final order in petitioner renewal application dated 21.02.2016 based on the 3rd respondent's letter dated 19.01.2018.
