The petitioner is complainant. The respondents are accused. The petitioner had filed a private complaint against the respondents for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I at Magisterial Level, Coimbatore and the learned Magistrate taken the complaint on file in C.C.No.383 of 2016 and after completion of trial, dismissed the complaint and acquitted the respondents. Against which, the petitioner has filed the present appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.21558 of 2021 before this Court. Since, the appeal is against acquittal, the petitioner has filed the present petition to grant leave.
2. When, the matter came up before this Court on 20.07.2021, this Court ordered notice to the respondents. Though, the names the respondents are printed in the cause list today (14.09.2021), none appeared on behalf of the respondents.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and he has raised arguable points in the grounds of appeal.
4. Therefore, leave is granted. Registry is directed to take the appeal on file if it is otherwise in order.
