This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's bank account bearing Account No.50100590205215 maintained with the third respondent.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's account is a third-layer account and a sum of Rs.4,15,000/- has been deposited in the petitioner's bank account. The second respondent had requested the third respondent to de-freeze the account of the petitioner. However, a lien has been marked over the account by the second respondent to the extent of Rs.4,15,000/-. Subject to the said lien, the petitioner is at liberty to operate her account.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
