Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2761 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27788 of 2023, dated 27.02.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
