O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.1161 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, G7, Chetpet Police Station, Chennai -

31. and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. In order to identify the petitioners, the petitioners 1 & 3 have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz.,1.M.Rajesh-531145756116, 2.A.Sathiya Prakash-273455968008 and the petitioners 2 &4 have submitted the photo copies of their Driving license viz., 3.R.Dhanasekaranhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

F/TN/002/035695/2006 and 4.Balu Murali-TN0219990002749 and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 10.01.2018 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1161 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, G7, Chetpet Police Station, Chennai - 31.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No.1161 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, G7, Chetpet Police Station, Chennai - 31 is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
