3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this WMP is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in both the Writ Petition and the the order copy. Registry shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment to the parties concerned.
