2.On hearing the learned counsel for parties and considering the allegation that the mining is taking place in a non-licensed area, we direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2015 within one month of receipt of the order, after carrying out an inspection at site and on notice to all concerned.
