The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail condition in para no.6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30377 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025.
2. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for two months and thereafter he has not complied with the condition; and that the petitioner has six previous cases.
3. The petitioner has complied the condition only for two months as against the direction issued by this Court to appear before the trial Court for four months in Crl.O.P.No.30377 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30377 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025.
