(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2021.

2. Since the dispute regarding quantum of compensation and also collection of amount towards development charges, the remedy is available to the petitioner only to approach the reference court under Sec.64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2003 and he cannot maintain a Writ Petition. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach concerned authority seeking for reference. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach concerned authority seeking for reference. No costs.
