(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner has given a representation dated 11.03.2025 to the respondents 1, 2 & 4 herein, requesting for grant of 45 days ordinary leave to her husband, namely Yaser Arafath, S/o. Jahir Hussain, Convict No.22299 who is a life convict prisoner confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.Since the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2025 has been dismissed, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to 2/4
challenge the rejection order.
