ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2018 made to the respondent by the speed post on merits in accordance with law.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.09.209 and 27.09.2018, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter is listed today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner made a representation to the respondent to declare the result of the DNA profiling analysis. Subsequent to her representation, the DNA report was forwarded to the III Additional Principal Judge, III Additional Family Court, Chennai on 27.08.2018. In this regard, he produced a communication dated 03.09.2018, sent by the Deputy Director, DNA Division, Forensic Sciences Department, Chennai and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the copy of letter dated 14.08.2018, forwarded to the III Additional Principal Judge, III Additional Family Court, Chennai along with DNA report.
4.Since the respondent has already forwarded the DNA report to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case. However, there is no representation for the petitioner continuously on three occasions. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
