PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 3rd respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.11.2019 in view of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.01 of 2020 dated 01.02.2020. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.11.2019 in view of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.01 of 2020 dated 01.02.2020.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
