PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS Act, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.3 that the petitioner shall stay at Theni and report before the Theni Police Station on every day morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of two months except court hearings in Crl.M.P.No.3221 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3162 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025. ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Theni and report before the Theni Police Station on every day morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 5.30 p.m. for a period of two months, except for court hearings in Crl.M.P.No.3221 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3162 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the condition regularly. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the aforesaid condition.
