(The case has been heard through video conference) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.811 of 2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and permission to file a fresh petition with a crime number.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with a crime number.
