O R D E R

The case has been registered by the respondent police in respect of suspicious death of the petitioner's daughter by name Gajalakshmi. The complaint was registered based on the information given by the petitioner herein alleging that the matrimonial dispute between her daughter and son-in-law being the reason for her death. Now after a month, the petitioner has sent a representation to Superintendent of Police alleging that there was quarrel between the husband relatives and therefore that may be the cause for her death. Alleging that police is not investigating the case properly the present petition is filed for transfer of investigation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that based on the First Information Report given by the petitioner herein, FIR was registered and taken up for investigation and some more information been furnished by him, investigation is also carried on based on the information. Viscera report is awaited and call details of suspects are collected and under examination.

In the light of the above facts, this Court finds not reason to transfer the investigation to some other agency, when the respondent police is properly investigating the case based on the information furnished by the petitioner. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
