O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks disposal of his representation dated 22.10.2022 pending on the file of 1st respondent seeking cancellation of various registered documents on the ground that those documents were fraudulent documents.

2. In view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel Vs The Inspector General of Registration in W.P.Nos.10291 of 2022 and batch, Section 77A of Registration Act is struck down and hence, the prayer sought for cannot be maintained before the authorities concerned.
