This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.3 of 2011 on the file of respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, Ms.K.Uma Mageswari, Inspector of Police, ATC, CBCID, Chennai is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.3 of 2011 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.13 of 2012 before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore.

4. It is seen that the petitioner had filed Crl.O.P.No.17364 of 2012 challenging the Final Report in C.C.No.13 of 2012, which has also been dismissed by this Court as early as 27.07.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
