This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an F.I.R., based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint dated 10.08.2015 lodged by this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on the ground that the petitioner did not produce any documents to show that there was defalcation of amount, as alleged by him in his complaint.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, if an opportunity is given to the petitioner to produce the documents, he would produce the same before the Investigating Officer.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court sets aside the closure report of the Police and directs the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and produce records to show that there has been misappropriation of funds.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
