(CRIME NO.664 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on Every Wednesday 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Para No.5 (d) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.2123 of 2021 dated 01/02/2022 in Cr.No.664 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2123 of 2022 on 01.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
