Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the Respondent Police, Kundadam Police Station, Tiruppur District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.6208 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6208 of 2021 dated 07.04.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 07.04.2021, directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police, Kundadam Police Station, Tiruppur District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
