Respondent(s) Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to provide sufficient police protection to the petitioner herein and his family members for their life and the property existing in SF.No.57/3 and using of public road comprised in SF.No.57/4 and 57/5 at D. Perumapalayam Village, Salem District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2024.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to provide sufficient police protection to the petitioner herein and his family members for their life and the property existing in SF.No.57/3 and using of public road comprised in SF.No.57/4 and 57/5 at D.Perumapalayam Village, Salem District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2024.

2. On instructions, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 submitted that so far, the 4th respondent did not receive any complaint from the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before the 4th respondent. If any complaint received by the 4th
