Postal Savings Bank Account in Thiruvanmiyur Post Office Rs.2,64,764/- 0470617209 The Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of the Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ name of late R.Chandrasekara Raju who died on 20.11.2014.

2. The petitioner has examined himself as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of late R.Chandrasekara Raju which has been marked as Ex.P1. Ex.P2 is the legal heirship certificate. Ex.P3 is the death certificate of the mother of the petitioner. It shows that she died on 12.06.2016.

3. A perusal of Ex.P4 shows that the petitioner and his mother are the only legal heirs of the deceased R.Chandrasekar Raju and the petitioner alone is the legal heir of the deceased Leela C.Raju.

4. In view of the above evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
