PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records viz. Na.Ka.Pt1/298/2016 dated 11.06.2018 published by the second respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to give effect to the first interview held on 18.02.2017 and appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer for Government Higher Secondary School, Periyakappankulam, Cuddalore District.
