Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of suspension dated 02.03.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings of Proc.No.P1/1753/2015 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner and regularise the period of suspension as duty.

Though the petitioner challenges the order of suspension, dated 02.03.2015 and seeks for a direction to reinstate him by regularising the period of suspension as duty, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondents to dispose of his representation, dated 08.04.2015, within a stipulated period.

2. In view of the narrow prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
