Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Dry.S.No.265/2 measuring an extent of east west 40 ft north to south 42 ft totalling 1680 sq.ft in Plot No.21 at Tippu Sultan Nagar, Phase-II, Pudupattinam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner of the property in Dry.S.No.265/2 measuring an extent of east west 40 ft, north to south 42 ft, totalling 1680 sq.ft in Plot No.21 at Tippu Sultan Nagar, Phase-II, Pudupattinam Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kanchipuram District, through registered sale deed dated 30.08.2012 in Doc.No.4403/2012 and since the date of purchase, she claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner would further state that original patta in respect of the entire property was in the name of one Ayisha Beevee in Patta No.49 and after purchase, the petitioner submitted several representations to the respondent for transfer of patta in her name and lastly, submitted a representation dated 12.03.2015 and since, she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. Though the petitioner has prayer for larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2015, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
