ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the wife of the convict seeks a direction to the respondents to transfer him from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai pursuant
to the representation dated 31.07.2020.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On consideration of the above said representation, an order was passed by the second respondent on 08.09.2020, by which the convict was transferred from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Vellore. The above said proceedings has become final as of now. The aforesaid order having been passed on consideration of the relevant materials, we do not find any reason to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner.
4. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
