This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the petitioner/proposed party as the respondent in the W.P.No.8871 of 2026.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition 3.

Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to raise all objections with regard to the impleadment in the main writ petition. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment accordingly.

4. The newly impleaded respondent is permitted to file counter in W.P.No.8871 of 2026 on the next hearing date.
