The petitioner was imposed with a penalty of stoppage of increment for a period of six months with cumulative effect by an order dated 11.06.2014. As against the said order, he preferred appeal to the respondent on 08.12.2014. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the said appeal.
2. In view of the narrow prayer made, without going into the merits of the appeal, dated 08.12.2014, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 08.12.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
