ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.249 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running TASMAC bar and it is alleged that on 15.05.2022, there was a quarrel between the petitioners and others. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with bear bottle. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with bear bottle and the victim still in the hospital. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the victim still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
